This author's information showed him that

"the moon" in "Yerûvshâlaim"/'Jerusalem' on

04/05/2000 was to be about 1% at 19:10 'Standard Time'

or 20:10 'Daylight Time' there.

He felt that it would not be "seen" then

because it would be too "thin" and the "day" would be too "bright"

in "Yerûvshâlaim"/'Jerusalem' at that 'time'.
